Jean-Louis Sabaji FW22, producing an underwater couture vision in Lebanon
For Jean-Louis Sabaji’s Fall/Winter 2022 Couture collection, photographer Jean-Baptiste Fort developed an editorial concept inspired by a magical underwater kingdom.
Bringing that vision to life required a model, location and production environment capable of matching the theatrical quality of the collection.
Slava supported the project through targeted casting and on-the-ground production in Lebanon, connecting the creative direction developed with Jean-Baptiste to the people and resources required in Beirut.
The shoot starred model Marianne Fonseca and brought together couture, movement and an imagined underwater world within a distinctive editorial narrative.
Slava coordinated the casting and local production process, helping maintain continuity between the original vision and its execution across Paris and Beirut.
