Remy Robotics, reframing the role of robotics in everyday food
Remy Robotics develops robotic kitchens and AI-supported food technology designed to make meal production more consistent, efficient and scalable.
The company operated both a corporate technology brand and a family of consumer-facing delivery concepts. However, its digital communications risked allowing the language of dark kitchens and automation to overshadow the quality of the food and the practical benefits of the technology.
Slava was brought in to refresh the digital communications strategy and clarify the narrative across the company and its individual food brands.
At corporate level, we repositioned the conversation around the purpose of the technology: using robotics and AI to enable more consistent operations and support the production of accessible, healthier meals.
At consumer-brand level, we clarified the identity, tone and role of each concept, developing differentiated content strategies while maintaining a clear relationship with the wider Remy ecosystem.
The objective was not to hide the technology, but to make its human value easier to understand.
